布地奈德与沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入治疗儿童轻度哮喘疗效观察

The Curative Effect Detection of Curing Children Mild Asthma by Inhalation Seretide and Cape Mick

目的:探讨布地奈德气雾剂(舒利迭)与沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂(普米克)吸入治疗儿童轻度哮喘疗效情况。方法:分析我院儿童轻度哮喘病例临床资料,依据治疗方法不同分为舒利迭30例和普米克组30例。结果:舒利迭组患儿MMP-9和IgE均低于普米克组,临床症状评分低于普米克组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:舒利迭儿童轻度哮喘病例患儿MMP-9和IgE明显降低,临床症状改善明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：The curative effect detection of curing children mild asthma by Inhalation seretide and cape mick.Methods：To analyze clinical data of children mild asthma,which was to be divided into seretide group 30 cases and cape mick group 30 cases.Results：The MMP-9 and IgE of children of seretide group were lower than cape mick group,clinical symptom score were lower than cape mick group,P0.05,the difference were tatistical significance.Conclusion：The MMP-9 and IgE of children mild asthma by Inhalation seretide were obviously decreased,the clinical symptoms were obviously improved,which was to be used.
