Effect of Nursing Intervention after PCI on Compliance of Patients

目的:探索护理干预对PCI术后患者遵医行为的影响。方法:将80例PCI术后患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上实施护理干预,影响患者的遵医行为,对两组患者遵医行为程度进行比较。结果:干预组遵医行为程度显著提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可使PCI患者术后遵医行为明显改善,规范系统的治疗措施得以有效执行。

Objective：To explore the effect of the nursing intervention after PCI on compliance.Methods：80 patients after PCI were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group of 40 cases.Patients in the control group received routine care,while those in the intervention group received both routine care and additional nursing intervention to influence patients＇ compliance behavior.At last,two groups of patients＇ compliance degrees were compared.Results：The compliance degree of the intervention group increased significantly compared with the control group,which is statistically significant.Conclusion：Nursing intervention significantly improved the compliance of patients after PCI,which enforces the effective implementation of standardized system of treatment measures.
