摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产手术中运用预见性护理干预方法对剖宫产手术效果的影响。方法:选择我院2010年1月～2012年3月期间的剖宫产妇216例,分为干预组与对照组,对照组采取常规的护理方法,干预组在剖宫产手术前、手术中及手术后加入预见性护理,然后比较两组的手术效果。结果:干预组产妇的术中低血压率、低体温率及新生儿窒息率均明显低于对照组,而且满意度明显提高,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术中加入预见性的护理干预后,从产妇的手术前焦虑开始,到术前预见性地针对术中低血压、低体温、新生儿窒息等情况采取措施,至手术后的卫生指导与心理护理,使意外情况发生大大减少,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective：To study the operation using the foresight nursing cesarean section of the effect of the operation of cesarean section.Methods：216 cases of our women choose cesarean section,divided into the intervention group and control group,and then compared between the two groups operation effect.Results：The intervention group intraoperative hypotension rate of mothers and infants,low temperature rate choking rates were significantly lower than the control group,and obviously improve the satisfaction,two groups of comparisons significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：intraoperative join the foresight of cesarean section after nursing intervention,women from before the operation began anxiety,the foresight to preoperative intraoperative hypotension,for low body temperature,such as choking newborn taken measures,to after the operation guidance and mental health care,make accident happens decrease greatly,worth clinical promotion.
