康复护理干预对糖尿病患者生存质量的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Quality-of-life in Patientswith Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨康复护理干预对糖尿病患者生存质量的影响。方法:将96例糖尿病患者随机分为两组,观察组与对照组各48例,观察组同时接受降血糖治疗以及康复护理,对照组同时接受降血糖治疗以及用药护理。结果:观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖尿病生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)评分的降低幅度显著大于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理干预可提高糖尿病患者的降糖效果以及生活质量,该护理方案可在临床上推广与应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on quality-of-life in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods：96 patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into 2 groups randomly,the observation group included 48 patients and received hypoglycemic treatment combined with rehabilitation nursing,and the control group included 48 patients and received hypoglycemic treatment combined with medication nursing.Results：The reduced extent of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and of the observation group were significantly larger than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The rehabilitation nursing intervention is able to improve the hypoglycemic effect and quality-of-life in patients with diabetes mellitus,and this nursing care program is worthy of being popularized and applied clinically.
