摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术术前、术后的护理要点。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年1月～2011年12月174例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者的临床资料,总结归纳其护理要点。结果:174例患者均经正确治疗和细心护理后治愈出院,围手术期护理措施得当,无护理并发症发生。结论:恰当的围手术期护理是手术成功必不可少的条件,促进了腹腔镜结直肠癌手术更好地应用于临床。
Objective：To explore the pre-and post-operative nursing skills of laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods：Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 174 cases of laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer between January,2010,and December,2011.Summarize the experience of nursing care.Results：All 174 cases safely passed through peri-operative period under proper treatment and elaborate care,perioperative nursing care proved to be approriate with no complications.Conclusion：Proper perioperative nursing is essential to successful surgery,and will promote the clinical use of laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer.
