产后出血并发DIC 3例抢救及护理体会

Postpartum Hemorrhage Complicated with DIC 3 Cases of Rescue and Care Experience

目的:研究产后出血并发DIC患者的临床表现及护理对策。方法:对2007～2008年度在我院收治的3例产后出血合并DIC患者的临床资料进行分析,探讨产前监测、产后预防和并发症的抢救与护理。结果:本组3例产后出血伴DIC患者中,使用按摩子宫、冰袋冷敷,缩宫素静滴等有效的止血措施,给予扩容剂,血管活性药物,输注新鲜全血、新鲜血浆、凝血因子及纤维蛋白原,经过一系列的快速止血、抗休克、抗凝、抗纤溶等应急处理,病情得以控制,抢救成功。结论:做好预防和监测及抢救护理能有效防治产后出血伴DIC的发生,及早发现并及时处理是救治成功与否的关键。

Objective：Study of postpartum hemorrhage complicated by DIC patients with clinical manifestations and nursing strategy.Methods：The 2007～2008 year in our hospital three cases of postpartum hemorrhage and DIC in patients with clinical data were analyzed to investigate the rescue and care of the prenatal monitoring,postpartum,prevention and complications.Results：In this group three cases of postpartum hemorrhage with DIC patients,the use of uterine massage,cold packs,shrink oxytocin intravenous infusion and other effective measures to stop bleeding,to give the expansion agent,vasoactive drugs,infusion of fresh whole blood.Fresh plasma coagulation factor and fiberfibrinogen,after a series of rapid hemostasis.anti-shock.anticoagulant and antifibrinolytic emergency treatment,the condition is brought under control,successful rescue.Conclusion：Do prevention and monitoring and emergency nursing can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage associated with the occurrence of DIC,early detection and timely treatment is the treatment of the key to success.
