摘要 目的探讨甘氨酸对烧伤后大鼠心肌细胞能量代谢的影响。方法将72只Wistar大鼠随机分成正常对照组(C组)、烧伤对照组(B组)、甘氨酸组(Gly组)。B、Gly组建立30%体表面积Ⅲ度烧伤大鼠模型,观察伤前及烧伤后12、24、48、72h大鼠心肌细胞能量代谢的变化,同时检测伤后高能磷酸化合物(AMP、ADP和ATP)、血浆乳酸和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的水平。结果烧伤大鼠心肌能量代谢发生障碍,与C组相比,B组和Gly组大鼠心肌ATP及GSH水平大幅下降(P<0.01),而AMP、ADP、血乳酸水平则大幅上升(P<0.01);Gly组大鼠心肌ATP、GSH下降以及AMP、ADP、血乳酸上升幅度均明显低于B组(P<0.01)。结论甘氨酸能改善烧伤后心肌有氧代谢,减少乳酸生成,有效降低烧伤后心肌受损程度,具有很好的心肌保护作用。 Objective To discuss the effects of glycine on energy metabolism of myocardium after burn injury.Methods The rat model of 30% body surface area third degree burn was adopted.72 Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal control(C),burn control(B) and glycine treatment(Gly) groups.Resting energy metabolism of myocardium,the level of high-energy phosphate compound(AMP,ADP,ATP),lactic acid and glutathione(GSH) were determined before burn and on post-burn 12,24,48,72 hours.Results After burn injury,energy metabolism of myocardium had notable disorder.Compared with group C,the levels of ATP and GSH in group B and Gly were obviously decreased(P0.01),while the levels of AMP,ADP and lactic acid were significantly increased(P0.01).Both the declining range of ATP,GSH and the rising range of AMP,ADP and lactic acid in group Gly were remarkably lower than those in group B(P0.01).Conclusion Glycine administration could improve aerobic metabolism of myocardium after burn injury,reduce the count of lactic acid,abate the degree of cardiac injury after burn injury,and possess protection of myocardium.
