摘要 铅酸蓄电池的主要原料是铅,铅是有毒有害原料。本文通过科学严谨的背景资料调查和生产线尘源控制点和抽风量控制基础数据资料库的建设,设计和开发了冷气内循环二次除尘系统,对众多毒性粉尘的尘源点进行统一的尘源控制,从而达到车间整体洁净生产治理的目标。 The main raw material of lead-acid battery is lead which is poisonous. Through the rigorous sci- entific background material survey and the construction of the foundation database of dust source control points and airflow control in the production line, a new secondary dust removing system with cold air internal circulation was designed and developed. The system could universally control many toxic dust pollution sources points to reach a goal of dean production management of whole workshop.
