摘要
相对于标准齿轮,变位齿轮具有配凑中心距、避免根切、使机构结构紧凑等优点,但设计计算复杂,模型很难精确建立。基于变位齿轮的变位特点、加工原理及渐开线齿廓的参数化方程,结合实例,利用Pro/E中拉伸、阵列等参数化建模方法,建立齿顶圆、分度圆、齿根圆、基圆等几何参数与模数、齿数及压力角等基本参数的关系,实现变位齿轮的三维参数模型的精确建立;通过修改相应的设计参数及关联关系式,能够实现不同变位系数齿轮的快速造型,同时避免复杂的尺寸计算和重新建模的过程,提高了设计效率。
Relative to standard gear,the variable gear is used to form centre distance and prevent tooth undercutting,but it is difficult to build model,design and calculate for variable gear.Based on variable-bit features,processing principle and parametric equation of involute tooth profile,3D parameterized model is not built accurately by building the relationship between the geometric parameters(such as addendum circle,dedendum circle,base circle) and basic parameters(such as module,pressure angle) in this paper.Only changing relevant parameter relational expressions,it can carry out automatically modeling of various displacement coefficient and avoid calculating complex dimensions and re-modeling.At the same time the design efficiency is raised.
