摘要 转向架是铁道机车车辆重要组成部分,对机车运行安全性能和动力性能起着重要作用,而传统的外侧悬挂式转向架在质量轻量化方向已经没有潜力。对160 km/h内侧悬挂式客车转向架构架进行结构设计与有限元强度分析,计算结果表明,构架在满足强度的同时,车轴长度减短,两侧梁间距减小,构架整体尺寸减小,从而减小了簧间质量和簧下质量,其质量比传统的外侧悬挂式转向架要小得多,实现了轻量化设计的目的;同时减小了轮轨作用力和轮轨磨耗,改善了车辆动力学性能。 Bogie plays an important role in safety performance and dynamic performance of locomotive running,which is an important part of Railway Locomotive and Rolling Stock.But the outside-frame bogie of traditional did not have potential in the direction of quality lightweight.The object of the thesis is to design the frame of 160km/h inside-frame bogie and analysis the strength of the frame.The calculation results showed that the length of axle become short,the distance of beam in two sides and the whole size of frame become short,that to reduce Spring room mass and unsprung mass,the mass is less than outside-frame bogie of traditional.At the same time reducing the interaction force and wear between the wheels and rails,improving the running performance.
