摘要
沈阳第一机床生产的CAK系列CAK3675V数控车床,是集机、电、液于一体的现代机电设备,发生故障的模式多种多样。利用故障模式及影响分析和故障树分析方法,根据CAK3675V数控车床所有可能发生故障情况,确定发生频率比较高的是设计、制造、装配及外购外协件。参考有关数控机床的资料、并与生产厂家的设计人员及维修人员探讨,确定了CAK3675V机床设计、制造、装配及外购外协件改进方法,最终增强CAK3675V机床可靠性增长技术。
CAK Series CAK3675V, produced by Shenyang No. 1 Machine Tool, is a modem mechanical-electricalliquid integration equipment which has diverse fault modes. According to all the possible failures which might happen on CAK3675V, the Failure Mode Effects Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis can be used to determine which is of relatively high failure frequency among design, manufacture, assembly and out-sourced parts. In the light of the reference data relating to machine tools as well as the discussion with the design and maintenance staff of the manufacturer, the improvement methods of CAK3675V's design, manufacture, assembly and outsourcing have been determined to ultimately enhance the reliability growth technique of CAK3675V.
