摘要
21世纪企业之间的竞争更多地表现为所在网络与网络之间的竞争,影响网络组织效率的主要因素正在逐渐成为研究者关注的焦点。本文通过对80家企业的大样本问卷调查,研究了网络成员间承诺对网络组织效率的影响机制。结构方程模型的检验结果表明:情感承诺对于增加网络组织成员间的交易收益和减少网络组织成员间的交易成本具有正向促进作用;计算性承诺正向促进网络组织成员间交易成本的减少,而对增加网络组织成员间的交易收益的促进作用不显著。
In the 21st century,networking competition is one of the performance of competition among enterprises,and the main factors affecting network organizational efficiency is gradually becoming the focus of researcher's attention.In this paper,with the method of questionnaire,we make a research on the effect mechanism of network organization members on network organizational efficiency.Using the statistic method of structural equation modeling(SEM),we testify the theoretical model and find that affective commitment has a positive effect on increasing transaction profit between members of network organization,as well as in reducing transaction cost between them.Second,calculative commitment has a positive effect on reducing transaction cost between members of the network organization,and its effect on increasing transaction profit between members of the network organization is not obvious.
