钢结构在冶金工业设备工程中占有重要的地位,其制作安装工程质量监控尤为重要。本文从宝钢股份公司1#高炉扩容大修工程钢结构质量监理实践中,提出钢结构制作安装主要过程的质量控制,安装过程设置监理控制点以及重要监控的要点,供探讨与借鉴。

Steel structure in the metallurgical industry equipment engineering has important posi- tion, the quality supervision of its fabrication and installation is particularly important. This article analyzes quality supervision practice of the expansion and repair engineering for BAOSTEEL stock company＇s no.1 blast furnace steel structure. For reference and further discussion, the paper puts forward the key points of the main process quality control for the steel structure fabrication and installation, illustrates how to set the supervision control point for installation process and how to do important supervision control.
