摘要
水性聚氨酯(WPU)的高固含量化,可提高制备过程中设备的利用率以及降低单位质量产品能耗和包装、贮存、运输成本,更为重要的是可充分发挥聚氨酯(PU)的固有特性。重点叙述提高鞋用WPU胶黏剂固含量的迫切性。参考国内文献,提出几点提高固含量的建议措施。
Achieving high solid content of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) can increase utilization rate of equipment in preparation process and decrease energy consumption of unit mass product and costs of product packaging, storage and transportation. Especially, the inherent characteristics of polyurethane (PU) can be fully developed. The urgency of increasing solid content of WPU adhesives for shoes is emphatically described. Referring to literatures at home, several suggestive measures for increasing solid content are put forward.
