摘要 分析了国内外双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)专用料的物性及其分子结构,讨论了兰州石化公司生产的BOPP专用料T38F的工艺优化情况。结果表明,BOPP专用料的生产指标最佳控制值为:熔体流动速率2.9~3.1 g/10 min,等规度95.5%~97.0%,灰分质量分数不大0.020%,分子量分布4.0~5.5。优化助催化剂三乙基铝、给电子体、氢气加入量以及第一环管反应器、第二环管反应器聚合分配率等工艺条件,可以显著提高BOPP专用料T38F的性能。 Properties and molecular structure of domestic and foreign Bidirectional Stretching Polypropylene Film(BOPP) specialty resin was developed,and process optimization of BOPP special resin T38F produced by Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was discussed.The results showed that the best control value of BOPP specialty resin production index was melt flow rate 2.9~3.1 g/10 min,isotactic index 95.0%~97.0%,little ash mass fraction 0.020%,and molecular weight distribution of 4.0 to 5.5.Feed rate of triethylaluminum cocatalyst,electron donor,hydrogen and distribution rate of first tubular loop reactor,a second tubular loop reactor were optimized in the polymerization,and these significantly improved the performance of BOPP special resin T38F.
