摘要
以工业偏钒酸铵为原料,采用镁盐沉淀法除去偏钒酸铵中硅、磷,并分析除硅、除磷机理,制备高纯偏钒酸铵。考察了酸度、温度、镁盐用量、时间等因素对除硅、除磷的影响。实验结果得出最佳工艺条件为:pH为10、硫酸镁用量按料液比:钒液(50 g/L)∶镁液(0.6 mol/L)=8∶1、温度80℃、反应时间60 min,自然静置60 min。并在此条件下,除磷率95%以上,除硅率84%以上,NH4VO3品位从98.37%提高到99.28%。
Phosphorus and silicate was removed from industrial grade ammonium metavanadate by magnesium salt precipitation,and mechanism of ephosphorization and desilication was analyzed,and high purity ammonium metavanadate was prepared.The effects of pH,temperature,addition amount of magnesium salt and time on the ephosphorization and desilication were examined.The optimum process operating parameters of ephosphorization and desilication were as follows: magnesium salt addition amount according to the material liquid ratio,vanadium fluid(50 g/L):magnesium fluid(0.6 mol/L)=8:1 was added,pH 10,reaction temperature of 90 ℃,reaction time 60 min,natural standing 60 min,and in these conditions,the removal of P reached 95%,Si reached 84%,and NH4VO3 grade increased from 98.37% to 99.28%.
