摘要
以环氧氯丙烷和亚硫酸氢钠、十二烷基二甲基胺为原料合成十二烷基二甲基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱,对产物进行分离,并检测其酸值、硫酸盐灰分含量、游离胺含量、季胺盐含量、活性物含量、氯化钠含量等指标。研究了乙醇-甲醇、甲醇-丙酮、乙醇-丙酮三种溶剂体系对降低十二烷基二甲基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱中氯化钠盐含量的影响,结果表明,当采用乙醇-丙酮体系时,V(乙醇)∶V(丙酮)=2∶7的除盐效果最佳,可使产品中氯化钠含量由原来的13.60%降至1.23%。
Dodecyl dimethyl hydroxypropyl sulfo lycine was synthesized with epichlorokydrin,sodium bisulfite and dodecyl dimethyl amine.The indexes such as acid volume,the content of sulfate ash,amine,quarternary ammonium salt,active substance and sodium chloride were detected after segregation and purification.The effect of ethanol-methanol,methanol-acetone,and ethanol-acetone solvent system were studied in reducing the content of sodium chloride in amphoteric surfactant.Results showed the content of NaCl decreased from 13.60% to 1.23% while V(ethnol) :V(acetone)=2:7 in the ethanol-acetone solvent system.
