微波消化络合萃取-GFAAS测定松花蛋中微量铅

摘要 尝试建立新的分析方法,试样经微波消化后,络合萃取浓缩,在适当条件下采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定。测定结果在1~20μg/L范围内呈线性,RSD%为1.92%~3.45%,回收率为97.8%~101.5%。本方法测定松花蛋中微量铅简单、快速、安全、准确、选择性好。 The method established was that the sample was treated by microwave digestion,which was concentrated by complication extraction for the component part.The sample determined by GFAAS under optimum conditions.The results showed that when the linear range of the method was 1~20 μg/L and the relative standard deviation was 1.92%~3.45%,the recovery rate was 97.8%~101.5%.The method was simple,rapid,safe,accurate and more selectivity.
