压力管道包括工业管道、公用管道和长输管道。主要输送介质为原油、成品油、液化天然气(LNG)和煤层气等化工流体。国际上将压力管道运输与公路、铁路、航空和水运并列为五大运输方式之一。随着压力管道的不断延伸,各种原因引发的泄漏或泄漏燃爆伤人事故时有发生。本文分析易燃易爆压力管道泄漏事故原因,归纳其特点,提炼公安消防部队应急处置泄漏或泄漏引发燃烧的要点。

Penstocks include industrial pipelines,common pipelines and long-distance pipelines.The main transportation medium of penstock is chemical liquid such as crude oil, oil product, liquefied natural gas （LNG） and CBM. The pipeline transport is one of the five major modes of transport in the world. As the penstocks increasing, the accidents which caused by leakage and leakage burning often take place. We analyzed the leakage or burning accident caused by flammable and explosive natural gas penstocks, concluded the characteristics of the accident, and put forward the main points of the emergency disposal for the leakage or burning accident.
