Application of neuro-linguistic programming in emotional management and communication skills training of nursing staff

神经语言程序(neuro-linguistic programming,NLP)作为一种有效的沟通模式,被广泛应用于激发潜能、建立自信、人际沟通、个人成长、身心健康、企业经营管理、个人与组织学习、教育训练、心理治疗与成功辅导等领域。本文将NLP理论用于50名临床一线护士的沟通培训与情绪管理中,有效改善了一线临床护理人员的心理健康状况,减少了患者与家属投诉。

Neuro-Linguistic Programming（NLP）,as an effective communication mode,has been widely used in inspiring potentiality,establishing self-confidence,interpersonal communication,personal growth,physical and mental health,enterprise management,personal and organizational learning and training,psychological treatment and successful counseling. This paper introduced the application of NLP theory in the training of communication skills and emotional management among 50 clinical nurses,which effectively improved the nurses’ mental health and reduced the complains of patients and their families.
