摘要
目的评价健康生活方式干预对中学生生活方式及超重肥胖率的效果。方法采取便利抽样,对2所中学的177名初中生进行生活方式干预,比较干预前后生活行为及超重率的变化。结果干预后,中学生吃高热量快餐的频率低于干预前(P<0.01),每日看屏幕的时间减少(P<0.01),每日运动时间延长(P<0.01),体重指数(BMI)降低(P<0.01),但超重率和肥胖率无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论对中学生进行健康生活方式干预利于降低其BMI,建立健康的生活行为。
Objective To evaluate the effects of healthy lifestyle intervention for middle school students. Methods Totally 177 students from two middle schools were recruited and received lifestyle intervention. The students’ life habits and overweight rate were compared before and after intervention. Results After intervention,the frequencies to intake snacks and the time spending on the screen were reduced(P0.01),the time of physical activity was increased(P0.01). Although there was no significant difference on the change of overweight and obese rates(P0.05),the BMI decreased significantly(P0.01). Conclusion Healthy lifestyle intervention can help the middle school students to control BMI and establish healthy living behaviors.
