The practice to promote the implementation of the project by the theory and method of public relations is introduced in the mobile nursing information system project of Xuanwu Hospital of the Capital Medical University. The public relations-specific subject and object, the public relations goals are indentified. The experience on active advocacy, opinion survey, special events, process management and achievement was discussed.
