摘要
综述对罗汉果甜苷及其质量安全标准的研究进展,包括罗汉果甜苷的溶解性、稳定性、其有效成分甜苷V的结构等理化特性;毒性试验情况;工艺过程所用溶剂、助剂、原料等可能带入罗汉果甜苷的残留;日前国内15家企业产品内控质量标准,罗汉果甜苷相关国家或行业标准制定情况,并对罗汉果甜苷质量安全标准的检验项目、浓度和检测方法等提出建议。
The progress of quality safety standard of lo-han-kuo extract was intruduced,including physical and chemical properties such as solubility,stability and structure of Mogroside V,toxicity,remain from extraction process,quality standards of 15 enterprises,related standard,etc..Moreover,some suggestions about inspection item,concentration and test methods for quality safety standard of lo-han-kuo extract were suggested.
