摘要
本文以石墨炉原子吸收测定过程标准系列两次测定的标准偏差(RSD)偏大,背景值(REF)过大以及标准溶液测定值偏低为故障现象,通过调整进样针位置、清洗石墨炉体,虽然改善了低点浓度的精密度,但背景值过大依然没有改善;然后调整灰化温度,降低了背景值,调整干燥温度,降低了标准偏差,最后检测标准系列吸光度值,两次测定结果的RSD<10%,背景REF<0.04。
The text mainly disgusses a phenomenon of Atom Absorption Precision Error for Graphite Stove.By adjusting the needle position and cleaning the graphite stove body,we improved the Precision of standard series for low density,but background value still have no improvement;By adjusting the ash temperature,we lowered the background value,by adjusting dry temperature,we lowered standard deviation.finally we examined the standard series,twice measurement result of RSD10%,background REF0.04.
