摘要
本文研究了差别化柞/桑弹力真丝的形态结构、力学性能及干温状态下的弹性变形。得出差别化柞/桑弹力真丝的卷曲收缩是纤维产生弹性和膨松性的主要因素,并使纤维的柔软性提高。由于其异收缩特性、纤维内部的溶胀与分纤作用使纤维的强力下降。差别化柞桑弹力真丝在干态下的弹性伸长变形明显提高,在湿态下趋向稳定。
The morphological structure properties of the differential elastic silk of tussah and mulberry were studied in this paper. Its mechanical properties and elastic deformation under dry and wet conditions were also discussed. The results show that the crispness and shrinkage are the main factors which make fibers produce elasticity,bulkiness and better softness. The fibers strength becomes small because of its differential shrinkage and swelling and fiberdispersion. Its elastic extension deformation is obviously improved in dry condition,but tends to be stable in wet condition.
