摘要
以还原式聚苯胺为成纤聚合物,N-甲基吡咯烷酮为纺丝溶剂湿法纺制聚苯胺纤维,在纺丝后,再对纤维进行氧化掺杂处理赋予其导电性。对纤维的导电性能、聚集态结构、热性能及物理机械性能进行了测试和表征。
Wet-spinning is adopted to produce polyaniline fiber with leucoemeraldine base polyaniline as fiber-forming polymer, and N-methy1 - 2-pyrrolidinone (NMP) as solvent. After finishing the whole process of spinning, the oxidized and doped finishing on fiber provides it with the electric conductivity. The resistivity, supermolecular structure,thermal behavior and physicomechanical properties of conductive polyaniline fiber are investigated.
