摘要
用数学物理方程对针织用针针杆的应力波进行了讨论。结果表明 ,细长针杆的应力波由右传播波和左传播波组成 ,其中直杆部分的应变ε、应力σ和位移u(x ,t)与右传播波移动速度a密切相关 ,a值取决于材质 (E ,ρ)或外因 (V)和内因 (ε) ;锥杆部分的应变ε(x ,t)和位移u(x ,t)主要取决于设计因素 (l) ,其次取决于材质 (E ,ρ)和性能 (ε) ;直 锥组合杆的应力为 :σn=σZn[lnln-xn] ,某级直 锥组合杆的锥部截面为结构薄弱处或性能薄弱处。
This papers deals with the stress wave of long and thin bar of rectangle section by means of mathematical physics eqation.The stress wave of long and thin bar is composed of the right propagational wave and the left propagational wave.The strain ε,the stress σ and the displacement u(x,t) of straight bar are relevant to the shift speed a of the right propagational wave.The shift speed a depends on the material qualities(E,ρ) or the external cause(v) and the internal cause ε.The strain ε,the stress σ and the displacement u(x,t) of taper bar are principally,relevant to the desige cause(l) and are secondly relevant to the material qualities(E,ρ) and the performance ε.The stress σ n of straight and taper bar is shown to be σl nl n-x n,A certain taper section of straight and taper bar has become a weak section in structure and perfomance.
