通过分析极细羊毛纤维的结构特点和理化性能,深入研究对其造成损伤的物理加工和化学加工过程,最大程度地保护纤维强力。在染色和整理工序采用低温、短时工艺,减少对羊毛内部结构的破坏,同时优选环保生态的染料和助剂,降低能源消耗和污水排放。纺纱优选最佳工艺参数,尽可能减少工序、降低拉伸,保护极细羊毛的强力和伸长。在织造工序,分析织机动程和纱线位移的关系,使纱线在极小的被动拉伸下织入布面,纹路清晰,呢面洁净。该项技术的研究不仅能够实现极细羊毛的生态低损伤加工,还能保证开发的产品手感丰满、光泽持久,使之成为高端人士推崇的西装和服饰面料。
The article analyzes the structural characteristics and the physical and chemical properties of ultra-fine wool fiber, studies deeply the physical and chemical processing with damage, protecting fiber strength. In the dyeing and finishing processes,using a low-temperature, short-time process , reducing the damage to the internal structure of wool. At the same time, it chooses the best environmental and ecological dyes and agent. Preferring the process parameters in the combing and spinning, it greatly reduces process and tensile strength, protects the tensile strength and elongation of ultra-fine wool. Analyzing the relationship with the organization of motor drive and yarn displacement in the weaving process it makes the yarn woven into the cloth minimal passive stretching, lines and surface are clear. The technology achieves low-damage processing of ultra-fine wool ecological and ensures the development of products with high quality.
