摘要
通过交叉试验,解决了一种特殊双层织物在织造过程中引起的纱线移位问题。根据试验结果,分析了这种特殊双层织物组织构成特点,排除了引起纱线移位的织机机型和工艺因素,从织物组织的构成原理和织造原理阐述了引起纱线移位的原因。经纱移位可通过扎筘方式解决;纬纱移位按照双层组织的1表1里构成原理,结合织造原理中经纬纱线的相互作用,采用较小的经纱张力来解决。将理论与实际生产相结合,处理生产过程中的实际问题,起到了良好的效果。
The paper provides a solution through cross-weaving tests for weaving yarn shift problem which is easily to form on a special double face fabrics. The paper also analyzes construction features of this special double face fabric according to the test results. By excluding the loom models and production technique factors which caused the weaving shift, the paper explained the reason from fabric construction principles and weaving principles. Weaving yarn shift in warp direction can be corrected by fastening the reeds while shift in weft direction can be solved by less tension according to outer and inner layer principle and interactions between weft and warp yarns in weaving principle. Combining the thoeries with actual productions,solving production problems by application on thoeries, the paper provides solutions which show good effects and outcomes.
