由于羊毛纤维表面鳞片结构的阻碍作用,染料很难进入其内部。为了解决这一问题,一般通过高温或化学作用将羊毛纤维鳞片层打开并对其染色。但是在这些条件下,羊毛织物的皂洗牢度受到极大的影响。谷氨酰胺转氨酶(TG酶)对经高温热处理和还原剂处理后羊毛鳞片有一定的修复作用。文章通过对纤维表面的电镜观察和皂洗牢度的测定,得出结论:TG酶6%(owf)能够使羊毛织物皂洗色牢度提高0.5~1.0级;TG酶还能催化明胶与羊毛纤维发生交联作用,在羊毛鳞片层与层之间形成"保护膜"状物质。当明胶用量为20%(owf)时,皂洗色牢度可以提高1~2级。
The scale structure of wool can prevent the dye into the interior of fiber. To solve this problem, it is generally to use high heat or chemical reaction to open the scale layer before dyeing. However, the soaping fastness of wool fabric will be affacted seriously. The trans-glutaminase (TG enzyme) can repair the scale of wool after the high temperature heat and reductive treatments. The paper has observed the fiber surface by electron microscopy and tested soaping fastness of wool fiber and found that % (owf) TG enzyme can improve the soaping fastness of wool fabric 0.5 ~ 1.0 level, TG enzyme also have showed catalytic effect on gelatin and wool fiber to cross-linking, formed the " protective film" between layer and layer of wool scale. When the dosage of gelatin was increased up to 20% (owf), soaping fastness can improve 1 ~2 levels.
