氨基酸螯合铜在养殖业中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 氨基酸螯合铜作为一种有机铜源,能够减轻铜与其他营养物质的颉颃,促进铜和其他矿物质元素的吸收利用,减少由于铜排放对环境造成的污染及由于铜颉颃对饲料中其他营养成分的破坏等。氨基酸螯合铜在实际生产中,能够促进动物的生长发育,提高饲料利用率,改善胴体品质,提高繁殖性能,同时还具有抗氧化、调节内分泌和提高免疫力等功能。综述氨基酸螯合铜的理化特性、生物学功能及作为一种无机铜的替代产品在畜牧生产中的研究与应用。
