改变组分配比对液体硫化染料稳定性的影响

THE EFFECT OF VARIATION IN COMPONENT RATIO ON THE STABILITY OF LIQUID SULFUR DYES

进行了改变抗氧剂和硫化物配比对液体染料稳定性影响的实验。实验和中试结果均表明:控制原料中还原剂和抗氧剂的配比 ,可有效地提高液体硫化染料的抗氧化性和防析出性 ,促进液体硫化染料的工业生产。

Experiments on the effect of variation in the ratio between antioxidant and sulfide on the stability of liquid sulfur dyes were performed. The results obtained from experiments and pilotplant test indicated that control of the ratio between reductant and antioxidant among material could effectively improve resistance to oxidation and precipitation of liquid sulfur dyes and promote industrial scale production of it.
