激发剂对发泡水泥制备与性能的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Activator on the Preparation and Properties of Foam Cement

摘要 以快硬硫铝酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料,绝干密度为200kg/m3的发泡水泥为对象,研究激发剂对发泡速度、发泡倍数和制品强度的影响。结果显示,随着激发剂掺量的增加,发泡速度呈现阶段性变化,并显著增加,但发泡倍数不发生改变。激发剂能够明显提高发泡水泥的抗压强度和抗折强度,其中当激发剂的掺量为0.5%时,发泡总时间为10min,28d的抗压强度增大43%,抗折强度增大13%,垂直表面的拉伸强度增大3%。 With the rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement for cementing materials, the effects of activator on the foaming rate, foaming multiple and strength of foamed cement with density of 200 kg/ma were investigated. The results indicate that with the activator content increasing, the foaming rate showed phase changed and increased significantly, but the foaming multiple had not changed. Besides the compressive strength and flexural strength of foamed cement products has increased significantly when the activator content is 0. 5% of the rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement, the foa ming time is shortened to 10 min, the 28th day compressive strength increased by 43%, the flexural strength increased by 13% , and tensile strength increased by 3%.
