摘要
以对苯二胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,冰醋酸为溶剂,经迈克尔加成反应合成了一种高度对称的多枝状化合物:N,N,N′,N′-四丙酸甲酯-1,4-苯二胺。产物的结构通过核磁(1 H-NMR)、液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)、红外(FT-IR)及元素分析等确定。探讨了反应条件对产率的影响,适宜的条件为:n(对苯二胺):n(丙烯酸甲酯)=(1∶4.5)~(1∶5.5),反应时间为100h,溶剂为冰醋酸,反应温度为80℃,产率可达93.0%。
A highly symmetric multi-branched compound N, N, N', Nf- tetra methyl propionate-1,4-phenylenedia- mine has been synthesized by Micheal addition reaction using 1,4-phenylenediamine and acrylic acid methyl ester, as starting materials, and glacial acetic acid as solvent. The structure of the compound was confirmed by 1 H-NMR, liquid mass spectrometry test (LC-MS), infrared spectrum test (F'I'-IR), and elemental analysis. The effects of reaction condi tions on the yield of the dendritic compound were investigated and the optium reaction conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of 1,4-phenylenediamine to acrylic acid methyl ester is (1 : 4. 5)~(1 : 5.5), the reaction time is 100 h and the reac- tion temperature is 80 ℃. Under the conditions, the yield of product is up to 93.0%.
