摘要
在智能高压设备状态感知技术的支撑下,提出一套优化电网保护与控制的方法。首先,基于智能高压设备对运行可靠性的感知,提出了主动保护的概念,阐述了主动保护对电网安全运行和供电可靠性的意义;其次,基于智能高压设备对控制可靠性的感知,提出了优化控制决策、主动应对控制风险的技术理念;第三,分析了智能高压设备的负载能力评估方法,探讨了基于负载能力评估实现负载主动控制的应用场景。最后,对基于智能高压设备的电网主动保护与控制技术的应用前景进行了展望。
Supported by condition awareness technology for smart high voltage equipment, a frame for optimizing protection and control of power grid is proposed. First/y, based on the operation reliability awareness of smart high voltage equipment, a concept of active protection is brought up and the influences on the secure operation of power grid and the reliable power supply are expounded; secondly, on the basis Of the control reliability awareness of smart high voltage equipment, the technical concept of optimizing control decision and initiative response to control risk is presented; thirdly, the approach to load capacity evaluation of smart high voltage equipment has been discussed, and based on the evaluation, the applicable scenarios of implementing active load control have been investigated. Finally, the application prospects of active protection and control technique based on smart high voltage equipment are described.
