摘要 实时数字仿真器(real time digital simulator,RTDS)将被控设备及电网用数字模型实现,通过I/O接口与控制器实时交互,对控制器在各种运行工况、扰动或故障条件下的功能和性能进行全面测试,评估被控设备与电网的相互作用。基于此,提出了基于RTDS的静止同步补偿器(staticsynchronous compensator,STATCOM)控制保护闭环物理测试方案。测试了STATCOM的恒无功控制功能、恒功率因数控制功能、阶跃响应、无功冲击响应,并将试验结果与离线数字仿真和高压样机试验结果进行对比,证明了RTDS试验的有效性。 To assess the interaction between controlled devices and power grid, real time digital simulator (RTDS) is utilized to implement the assessment by digital models of controlled devices and power grid, that is, through real-time interaction between I/O interfaces and controller, functions and performances of controller under various operating modes, fault conditions and disturbances are fully tested. For this purpose, an RTDS-based scheme of hardware-in-the-loop test for controller performance of STATCOM is proposed, by which such functions as constant reactive power control, constant power factor control, step response and reactive impact response of STATCOM are tested, and the obtained results are compared with results from off-line digital simulation and those of HV prototype tests. Comparisons show that the RTDS-based hardware-in-the-loop test is effective.
