摘要
提出一种基于双激励控制线的区域电网电能质量动态综合评价算法,在克服了单一赋权方法及静态评价方法的局限性的同时,引入双激励控制线反映评价对象的动态发展水平。首先构建多层次的电能质量综合评价模型,结合序关系分析法和纵横向拉开档次法确定指标权重,将各指标值加权求和后得出各时间点的评价值;然后通过双激励控制线将离散时间点上的评价值转化为单位时间段内连续评价信息,得出更丰富的带有奖惩的发展过程信息;最后集结各阶段信息得出各评价对象的综合评价值及评价排序结果。实例应用表明,该方法重视评价对象的发展历程,其评价结果客观、具体,可以区分水平相近的评价对象的电能质量。
A double inspiriting control lines-based dynamic comprehensive evaluation method of power quality for regional grid is proposed. The double inspiriting control lines is introduced to reflect the dynamic developmental level of evaluated object while the limitation of single weight determination and static evaluation is overcome. Firstly, a multilevel comprehensive evaluation model of power quality is constructed, and combining rank correlation analysis method with vertical and horizontal scatter degree method the weighted sum of all indices for each time point is attained; then, using double inspiriting control lines the evaluation values at discrete time points are turned into continuous evaluation information in unit time interval to obtain more inspirited information of the development process; finally, information of all phases is integrated to obtain comprehensive evaluation value of evaluated object and comprehensive sorting result. Application of the proposed method shows that the proposed method pays attention to developmental process of evaluation objects and its evaluation result are objective and concrete, so using this method the power qualities of evaluated objects with similar level can be distinguished.
