摘要
对我国目前以火电为主的电力供应链的电煤库存进行了研究。针对电力供应链电煤库存系统中多重反馈和时间延迟及系统非线性问题,基于系统动力学原理,建立了在目前市场煤炭和电力价格体制及煤电联动2个不同机制下电力供应链电煤库存模型,对2种情况下影响电煤库存的主要因素进行了讨论,并对火电构成的电力供应确定了合理的电煤库存管理策略,提出了煤电联动措施,以缓解电煤矛盾。
The coal inventory for power generation in electricity supply chain in China, where the coal-fired power generation lies in the most important position, is researched. In allusion to the multiple feedback, time delay and nonlinearity of coal inventory system in power supply chain, based on the principle of system dynamics two models of coal inventory for power generation in power supply chain under two different mechanisms, namely current market pricing system of coral and electricity and coal price and electricity price linkage system, are built, and main factors impacting coal inventory for power generation under the two mechanisms are discussed, and a rational management strategy of coal inventory for power generation is determined for the power supply based on coal-fired power generation. Besides, the measures for coal price and electricity price linkage are suggested to mitigate the contradiction in the supply of coal for power generation.
