摘要
目的分离知母中菝葜皂苷元,并对其进行衍生化,初步评价目标化合物活性。方法采用萃取、水解、重结晶,并通过化学手段和光谱分析鉴定知母中菝葜皂苷元的结构和纯度,通过一系列反应合成其衍生物。测定目标化合物的抗衰老活性。结果分离得到菝葜皂苷元,通过不同反应合成了8个菝葜皂苷元衍生物。8个化合物显出不同抗衰老活性。结论化合物1、2、6、7、8为新化合物,其中化合物1抗衰老活性突出,可进行深入研究。
Objective To isolate sarsasapogenin from the rhizomes of Anemarrhena asphodeloides, synthesize sarsasapogenin derivatives, and evaluate their antiaging activities. Methods The sarsasapogenin was isolated by means of extracting, hydrolysis and recrystallization, Its structure and purity were identified on the basis of chemical and spectral analyses, its derivative were synthesized.Their antiaging activity was examined. Results Sarsasapogenin was isolated and the sarsasapogenin derivatives were synthesized through different reactions.Eight of them show antiaging activity. Conclusion Compound 1,2,6,7, 8 are new ,while compound 1 displays promising activity and is worth further studying.
