摘要
为了实现石化企业碳减排的目标,达到企业节能降耗的目的,提出了二氧化碳排污收费的估算方法,并提出包括二氧化碳排污收费的混合整数非线性规划蒸汽动力系统多周期运行优化模型。使用改进的粒子群算法对其优化求解。通过实例证明了模型的正确性,很快得到包括电能的输入、输出和蒸汽动力系统多周期的运行操作方案,当模型不同时,燃料的选择不同。把二氧化碳排污收费作为石化企业蒸汽动力系统运行总成本的一部分,虽然增加了企业的运行成本,但是对环境保护和完善我国的排污收费制度有着重要的意义。
In order to reduce carbon emission and save energy in petrochemical enterprise, an optimal multi-period operational planning model for a mixed integer nonlinear programming of steam power system (SPS) including carbon dioxide emission charge was put forward. Put forward an estimation method of the carbon dioxide pollution charge and optimized with improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) algorithm. The validity of model was proved by one example and the optimal scheme in optimal operation process was get quickly. There is only different choice of fuel under the conditions of different models in SPS multi cycle operation scheme including of power input/output. It is not only important to environment protection but also is of great guiding significance on the perfection of the charging system when carbon dioxide emission charge was used as a part of total running costs in SPS of petrochemical industry even of there is an cost increase in enterprise operation process.
