摘要
微细矿物颗粒表面水化膜对其在水溶液中的分散与聚团具有重要影响。本文主要介绍了水化膜的形成机理及其对溶液中微细矿物颗粒分散与聚团的影响。并且分析了水化膜厚度及强度测量、水化作用力以及水化膜破解的研究现状。最后展望了水化膜研究在煤泥水微细颗粒聚团沉降方面的应用前景。
Hydration layers near fine mineral particles have important influences on the particles' dispersion and agglomeration in aqueous solution. The article describes the formation mechanism of hydration layers and its effect upon the dispersion and agglomeration of fine mineral particles in aqueous solution. This paper analyzes the research status on measurements of hydration film thickness, hydration forces, and breaking hydration layers, indicating that researches on hydration layer have good application prospects on the agglomeration and sedimentation of fine particles in coal slurry water.
