摘要 船用丁基橡胶绝缘电缆在使用中逐渐老化将会导致寿命的缩减,为保证使用中的丁基电缆后续安全运行,有必要对其剩余寿命进行评估。首先采用实验室加速热老化并结合Arrhenius方程,对丁基绝缘新电缆的使用寿命进行预测;然后将新电缆试验数据中的性能失效值作为使用中电缆试验性能失效评判标准值,对使用中的丁基电缆的剩余寿命进行计算,结果表明丁基新电缆和使用中的丁基电缆整体寿命基本一致。对2种电缆的热寿命方程进行误差分析,证明了利用该方法对使用中的电缆的剩余寿命进行评估可靠实用,为使用中的电缆预防性更换提供理论和实践依据。 The lifetime of butyl rubber insulated ship cables will decrease due to the complex aging processes.From the safety perspective,remaining life assessment of the cable is essential to maintain an efficient and reliable operation.First,accelerated thermal aging tests in laboratory were performed at different temperatures and the total life of new butyl rubber cable samples was deduced by the Arrhenius equation.Then the residual life of in-service butyl rubber cables was calculated by taking the ultimate indicator of performance failure of new cable samples as the in-service cables failure criteria based on experimental data.The results show that the total life of in-service butyl rubber cables coincides well with that of new cables.Furthermore,error analysis for thermal aging equations of the two cable groups was carried out.The results prove that the proposed method of residual life assessment is credible and reliable and it provides important theoretical and practical basis for preventive replacement of cables.
