摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)和烯丙基聚乙二醇羧酸钠(APEC)为单体合成了一种新型无磷聚醚阻垢剂丙烯酸/烯丙基聚乙二醇羧酸钠(AA/APEC)。通过静态法评价了阻垢剂用量、溶液钙离子浓度、pH值、温度以及时间对其阻硫酸钙垢率的影响,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了硫酸钙形貌。动力学实验表明阻垢剂的添加可以降低钙垢的增长速率。实验表明,AA/APEC可作为循环水系统中一种优异的无磷阻硫酸钙垢阻垢剂。
A new kind of inhibitor, acrylic acid - sodium allylpolyethoxy carboxylate copolymer (AA/APEC) is synthesized with acrylic acid (AA) and sodium allylpolyethoxy carboxylate (APEC) as monomers. The effects of the dosage of AA/ APEC, concentration of Ca2+ and S2-4, solution pH, temperature and time on the inhibition of calcium sulfate are dis- cussed based on static test and calcium sulfate crystal morphology has been investigated by the use of scanning electron mi- croscopy (SEM). The kinetics experiment shows that adding of the ialfibitors can reduce the growth rate of calcium sulfate scale and so AA/APEC inhibitor can be used as an excellent non- phosphorous inhibitor.
