Innovation for the Drainage System in Gas Cleaning

湘钢动力厂第四煤气净化站原有的煤气系统排水效率较低,时间长,安全可靠性尚有欠缺,工人的劳动强度较大。为了提高该净化站效率和安全性,在深入调查研究的基础上,自提方案,自行设计,应用先进技术对该净化站进行了改造,取得了显著的效果。改造后排水速度大大加快,安全可靠性有效提高,操作自动化水平得到提升,为保证高炉生产和人员安全创造了有利条件。

There exist some problems in the former gas system of Gas Purification Station No.4 of Xianggang Energy Plant,such as low efficiency of drainage,long time,lack of safety and strong labor intensity of workers.In order to improve the efficiency and safety,the purification station is renovated and improved with advanced technologies and good results have been achieved.Now the drainage is fast and safe and the automatic level has been enhanced,providing beneficial conditions for the safety of the employees and production.
