摘要
以三聚氰胺为主要原料制备消粘剂A,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺为主要原料制备凝集剂B,对过喷油漆废水进行凝聚处理,确定了该漆雾凝聚剂的最佳配方和制备工艺条件,探讨了漆雾凝聚剂的作用机理。结果表明,消粘剂A制备的适宜反应条件为:原料比n(三聚氛胺)∶n(甲醛)=1∶2,羟甲基化反应(pH=8-9,30min)、酸性缩聚反应(pH=3,3 h)温度均在70℃下进行。凝集剂B由0.12%的改性剂改性阳离子聚丙烯酰胺制得;当A与B的投加量体积比为1∶2时其凝聚效果最佳,此时水中的漆雾去除率达到97.5%,且其成本低廉,具有明显的经济效益与环境效益。
By using melamine and cationic polyacrylamide as the main raw materials, paint detackifier A and polycoagulant B to treat overspary paint booth water is prepared. Its optimum formulation and preparation process conditions are determined and also the mechanisms of polycoagulant are discussed. In the study, the optimal conditions for paint detackitler A of preparation are as follows: 1:2 of mdamine/fommldehyde molar ratio; temperature of all two steps should be 70 ℃; hy- droxymethylation stage taking place under 8 - 9 of pH value for 30 mius; the low - pH condensation stage under 3 of pH val- ue for 3hs. The polycoagulant B is prepared by 0.12% of modifier modified cationic polyecrylamide. It could reachthe opti- mum floeculation effect when the proportion of the dosage of A and B is 1:2. The removal rate of the lacquer in wastewater reaches 97.5%, the cost of polycongulant is lower and so it shows obvious economic benefits and environmental benefits.
