Comparative Study on Fire Safety Standards of Exterior Insulation System

摘要 本文介绍了国外外墙外保温系统防火的主要要求,对比分析了我国规范的不足与差异。在此基础上,提出保温材料的燃烧性能不是评价外保温系统防火性能的唯一指标,应从材料的燃烧性能和系统的防火性能两方面提出要求,全面评价外墙外保温系统的火灾风险和隐患。对于外墙外保温系统的防火问题,应秉承科学、严谨的态度合理解决,建立开放性的、性能化的外墙外保温防火技术标准要求。 In this paper, the main requirements of exterior insulation system in foreign countries were described, and the deficiencies and differences in standards between China and foreign countries were comparatively analyzed. And then, it was pointed out that combustion properties was not the only indicator to evaluate the fire performance of exterior insulation system. To comprehensively ev, aluate the fire risks and hazards of the external insulation system, the requirements shoud be proposed from the combustion performance of insulation materials and fire performance of the insulation system. As a conclusion,for the fire issue of external thermal insulation system, it should be reasonably solved with the scientific and rigorous attitude. In addition, the open and performance-based standards of fire requirements on the external thermal insulation system should be established.
