摘要
海外并购文化尽职调查包括目标企业的企业文化调查,目标企业所在区域的民族文化调查,目标企业所在区域的商业文化调查。文化尽职调查需要依托专业的文化调查团队,通过文献研究和实地调研等方式来进行。为保证文化尽职调查的效果和效率,需要加强文化尽职调查的战略管理,转变尽职调查的传统思维,建立文化管理团队,形成鲜明的企业文化。
Cultural due diligence investigation includes corporate culture investigation, national culture investigation and business culture investigation. Culture due diligence investigation shall be carried out by professional team through literature research and field research. Strategic management, cultural management team building, changing of traditional due diligence conception and building of distinguished corporate culture are all important factors which can insure the quality and efficiency of cultural due diligence investigation.
