摘要
设计了6种不同油槽结构形式的保持架方案,并利用ANSYS软件对这6种保持架结构与现役保持架结构进行了应力对比分析,同时,研究了不同窗梁下凹深度对窗孔拉伸疲劳寿命的影响,为保持架的优化设计提供了依据。
Six schemes of cages with different oil groove structures are designed, and with the commercial software ANSYS, the stress comparison between the six cage structures and the present cage structure as well as the analysis is made. In the mean time, the effects of different concave depths of window sill on the pull fatigue life of cage window are researched, so that the basis is provided for the optimization design of cages.
