坚持和发展中国特色的政体理论:以中西比较为视阈

Insisting on and Developing the Theory of Polity with Chinese Characteristics: Comparative Perspective from China and the West

政体理论不仅是政治学的一个重要问题,也是比较政治学关注的问题。在西方,政体理论经过长期发展形成了特有的逻辑,中国对政体问题的探讨产生于清朝末期,对其探讨也有百年历史,特别是自毛泽东同志对政体理论发表已70多年历史,并对此后的中国政体理论与建设构成了重要影响。在国家建设的今天,中国要坚持中国特色的社会主义,其中中国特色的政治制度,就需要对指导这一制度建设的政体理论做一反思。

The theory of polity is not only of importance in politics but also the focus of comparative politics. In the west,this theory has formed its own logic after long history. The exploration on this theory in China,emerging at the end of Qin Dynasty,has almost one hundred years’history. Especially the theory of polity expounded by Mao Zedong seventy years before has influenced on the construction of China’s polity and the theory of polity. In the course of contemporary state building in China,it is very nessessary to reflect on the theory of Chinese polity which has directed the constrction of political system with Chinese characteristics on the condition of insisting on Chinese socialism.
