摘要
支架搬运车的关键部件铲板的可靠性十分重要。由于井下工作环境恶劣,铲板应力集中部位容易发生开裂现象。根据现场损坏的情况,在受力分析及计算机有限元分析的基础上,确定了铲板易产生开裂的部位及原因,并提出结构改进方案。再次有限元分析结果证明了该方案可有效减小应力集中,提高产品的可靠性。
As an essential component of the shield carrier, reliability of the shovel board is very important. Due to rough underground working environments, the shovel board is prone to cracking on stress concentration areas. According to actual damage status as well as based on the force analysis and FEA, the areas where the shovel board broke easily and the cracking causes were determined, and then the structural improvement scheme was proposed. The scheme proved to be effective in decreasing stress concentration and increasing reliability of the shield carrier after second FEA.
